The PLC equipped with Siemens brand smart series,together with a remote controller ,easy to operate ,all the needed data can be set on the touchable screen,the programming system is self-developed by our own electrical engineer,which is highly matched with all the functions

Heating System.

. Heating by nichrome heating tubes, packed by stainless . 4 layers be divided into Area A and Area B. Each area has the same pieces. the heating tubes are evenly distributed on the top and bottom,more closely distributed near the door. There are several thermocouples.equipped with power regulators working independently. the front heating tubes are connected with one power regulator, and the rear heating tubes are connected with another one ,, so the temperature is relatively uniform. the temperature difference in the furnace will not exceed 3 ℃.

Vacuum System.

We adopt wind-cooling vacuum pump, self-developed patent product , working stable. It could continuously work for 24 hours. Vacuum rate reach up to -0.09 — -0.098Mpa. Equipped a buffer tank with each pump, to prevent the air go into the silicone bag when suddenly power off. And we also equipped water vapor separation device with air filter and oil filter, it can separate the water/ air and water/oil to longer the service life of the pump.

Automatic lifting platform.

1. Equipped with wireless Remoter ,one-click precision control,It can positioning to each layer very accurately, save time and labor. 2. The lifting function is hydro-pneumatic controlled, more durable. The width of the lifting table is 1.8m, the bearing force is higher, and it is stable and won’t spring back. 3. A latch device is added between the tray and lifting platform,to ensure the trays won’t sliding down during the operating,more convenient and safe.
