PLC control system

1.Using PLC control system, all programs are completed automatically.

2.The heating time and temperature technology are adjusted automatically according to the thickness of the glass, reducing errors.

3.Lightning protection and voltage regulation device, enable 220V - 440V 3-phase power supply.

Heating system

1.Heating element adopts 304 stainless steel heating tube.

2.Carpet heating mode is adopted, the upper and lower synchronizing heat dissipation, acting on the surrounding of the glass, which makes sure the temperature in the furnace rapid and uniform rise.

3. Strong forced convection with the turbo blower ensures the temperature difference in the furnace not exceed 5 degrees.

Vacuum system

1.Adopt German technology to improve the high temperature vacuum pump, vacuum level up to -0.09--- -0.098mpa.

2. The vacuum with oil filter and air filter can avoid the moisture mixed with oil. 

3.The vacuum pump equipped with vacuum buffer tank will keep vacuum for 24 hours, even when suddenly electricity interrupt,the vacuum will be kept also.

4.High temperature resistance, high tear resistance silicone bag, the raw material imported from USA, 3mm thickness, stackable glass thickness reaches to 40mm. Can be used for 4000-5000 times.

Automatic hydraulic lifting platform. Can position to each layer accurately, making the process safer and easier.

Q: Could your machines laminate bent tempered laminated glass?

A: Yes. Our machines can laminate large-size bent tempered laminated glass in one step, which is very easy to operate.

Q: How many stages your machines can set?

A: Normally we set 3 stages. It can be customized for you to 5 stages if needed.

Q: When will your machine ready for delivery after our prepayment?

A: Normally within in 30 days.

Q: What about the terms of payment?

A: Normally 30% prepayment, 70% before shipment by T/T. L/C and other terms are also available.

Q: Does you machine have any certifications?

A: Yes, we do. Our machine has got CE/ISO9001/CCC/CSA/PC certificate.

Q: Could the laminated glass used for exterior?

A: Yes. The laminated glass with super clear EVA can be totally used for exterior.

Q: How to operate the machine? Is it difficult?

Re: No, our machine is very easy to operate. The machine will work automatically after you set the parameters through the touch screen. We send you operating manual with the machine, we also have video for operation for your reference.
