SG-3000-2DD EVA glass laminating machine is a processing equipment to produce laminated glass without autoclave, it is able to produce various laminated glass thanks to the advantage of this machine and specific film. You can insert silk, paper, plastic film, metal mesh, fabrics, PDLC film, SGP film, TPU film into notmal and tempered glass sheets by using the EVA film, in order to produce decorative and functional laminated glass, bending glass in one step and more steps are available.

The machine adopt one work- station are available, equal to double working section, which allows the operator to prepare the next working pieces while the one processed in the furnace, so that saves much space and time. Main parts including:
Ø One main oven with heating system
Ø One control carbinet
Ø One set vacuum system with buffer tank
Ø One hydraulic loading table
Ø Two sets vacuum beds
Ø Two sets vacuum bags
Ø 2 sets teflon net
Ø One tool box
Control system:
The control system applies the PLC with touch screen, all the parameters can be easily and directly set through finger touch, the temperature would be refulated by means of changing the value of voltage, so that it can have accurate temperature control, six processing steps for optional.
Vacuum system:
Vacuum pump with buffer tank
Heating system:
Adopt infrared heating, the heating tubes placed in horizontal direction, which means to be parallel with glass sheet. In this case, it can heat glass sheets to the target temperature quickly and uniformly, to save a lot of time and 30% power consumption. Air convection heating system is available.
Other design:
The furnace door would be opened or closed by pneumatic, thick insulating materials, high tear-resis silicone rubber bags, high temperature-resist bear for pulling. CE regulated electronics and wireing, power-strenghten vacuum pump, well know brand electrics...all above basic elements ensure the quality and stability of machine.

4. can it laminate the PVB film?
no, but we have the model can do the PVB film without autoclave, please check PVB glass laminating oven
